CEO AND FOUNDER

Braden Draggoo is the Founder and CEO of Draggoo Financial Group and a respected leader within New York Life. With experience in the financial industry since 2007, Braden is recognized for his entrepreneurial mindset, leadership excellence, and commitment to helping individuals, families, and business owners build wealth with intention and purpose. Braden is New York Life’s 2025 ¹Council President, which is a once-in-a-career honor afforded to the top-ranking individual among the company’s more than 12,000 advisors and agents.

Braden began his entrepreneurial journey in 2007, guided by a core belief that there are three ways to grow wealth—slow, fast, and faster. His passion lies in helping clients pursue the most efficient path by improving financial decision-making, leveraging capital effectively, increasing the velocity of money, and aligning financial strategies with lifestyle and long-term goals. His client-first philosophy is rooted in strong morals, values, and authentic human connection, ensuring that each financial plan reflects what matters most to the individual.

Braden believes that true financial guidance extends beyond numbers. His approach emphasizes people over profit, focusing on long-term relationships and meaningful outcomes. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to connect clients to valuable networks and relationship capital, reinforcing his belief that people go where they are treated best.

Braden attended Wenatchee Valley College on a basketball scholarship before transferring to Montana State University–Billings, where he continued his athletic career and earned degrees in Political Science and History. Upon graduating in 2007, he returned to the Wenatchee Valley and began his career with New York Life as a financial professional. In 2010, he founded Draggoo Financial Group to expand the range of strategies and solutions available to his clients.

Throughout his career, Braden has consistently achieved recognition at the highest levels of New York Life. His leadership and production accomplishments include qualifying for Chairman’s Cabinet from 2021 through 2025, the company’s highest level of production, and Chairman’s Council from 2013 through 2025. He is a long-standing ²Million Dollar Round Table qualifier, an Agents Advisory Council Triple Crown Award recipient, and a Member Agent of The Nautilus Group®, an elite association of New York Life agents. He has also been honored multiple times as Agent of the Year for the Eastern Washington General Office.

Braden holds Series 6, 63, 65, and 7 licenses and is licensed in over 35 states, including California. He remains deeply involved in his community as a long-standing member of the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce, Building North Central Washington, the Wenatchee Downtown Association, and the North Central Washington Estate Planning Council.

Outside of the office, Braden’s life remains grounded in family and the outdoors. He enjoys coaching sports teams, riding horses, hiking, and spending time with his family swimming in Lake Chelan—activities that continue to shape the values he brings to both leadership and client relationships.
