Jessica Draggoo serves as Chief Operations Manager at Draggoo Financial Group, where she plays a central role in overseeing operations and supporting the firm’s continued growth. Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Jessica helps ensure that the firm’s business functions operate efficiently and with purpose.

Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jessica grew up in a close-knit, values-driven environment that emphasized teamwork, discipline, and integrity. Her upbringing fostered a strong sense of responsibility and independence, qualities that continue to shape her leadership style today.

Jessica demonstrated an early aptitude for leadership and performance in her first professional role at a ski and bike shop, where she took on sales responsibilities while still in high school. Balancing academic achievement with real-world experience, she developed strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset that laid the foundation for her future career.

After graduating from high school, Jessica attended Western Washington University, earning her degree in 2010. Throughout her academic career, she remained committed to her passion for music, continuing to play the violin and performing with the Icicle Youth Symphony. Her dedication to both academics and the arts reflect her ability to balance creativity with discipline.

Following college, Jessica returned to Wenatchee, where she began her professional career in banking. Her path soon led her to Draggoo Financial Group, where she joined the firm and became an integral part of its development and expansion. Jessica obtained licenses in life, health, and disability insurance, enabling her to support the firm’s operations and contribute meaningfully to its service offerings.

Today, Jessica is deeply involved in the management of Draggoo Financial Group and other business ventures alongside her husband, Braden Draggoo. In her role as Chief Operations Manager, she brings structure, accountability, and energy to the organization, ensuring that initiatives are executed thoughtfully and effectively. Her leadership is characterized by reliability, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Jessica’s colleagues often recognize her as someone who can be trusted to deliver results with care and precision—a reflection of her dedication to both the firm and the people it serves.

Outside of the office, Jessica can often be found with her family enjoying time on Lake Chelan, watching her children’s sporting endeavors, or working on one of her newest home repair projects.
