Tianna Simpson serves as the Director of Operations and Licensed Service Assistant at Draggoo Financial Group, where she plays a critical role in ensuring the firm’s daily operations run efficiently and clients receive timely, high-quality service. With a deep understanding of both operational workflows and client needs, Tianna is instrumental in supporting the firm’s advisors and maintaining a seamless client experience.

Tianna has been with Draggoo Financial Group since 2010 and brings over twenty years of customer service experience to her role. Her long-standing tenure reflects her commitment to the firm, its clients, and its service-driven culture. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, coordinating client service needs, and ensuring follow-through across all stages of the client relationship.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Tianna acts as a liaison with The Nautilus Group®, an elite professional resource within New York Life, helping facilitate advanced planning support for clients. She holds a Washington State Life and Health Insurance License and is a Licensed Service Assistant to Braden Draggoo, enabling her to provide knowledgeable, compliant, and responsive service across a wide range of client matters.

Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and client-first mindset, Tianna is dedicated to making sure clients feel supported, informed, and valued. Her ability to anticipate needs and manage complex service processes contributes significantly to the firm’s reputation for professionalism and care.

Born and raised in Wenatchee, Tianna values her strong connection to the local community. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith, as well as family and friends. She is an avid reader, a music enthusiast, and enjoys staying active through hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities.
